Who We Help
At Volkert Psychiatry,
we specialize in supporting patients across different stages of life. Each age group faces unique challenges, and our care is tailored to meet those needs with clarity, compassion, and expertise.
Children (Ages 5–13)
Early diagnosis and treatment can make a lifelong difference. We help children who are struggling with attention, anxiety, or behavior challenges, providing clarity for families and a path forward for school and home.
Adolescents (Ages 14–18)
The teenage years bring big changes and unique pressures. We work with teens and their families to manage ADHD, anxiety, mood concerns, and the stress of school or social transitions—building skills and confidence for the future.
Young Adults (Ages 18–25)
College, work, independence—this stage often brings overlapping challenges with attention, anxiety, and mood. We help young adults gain clarity about their diagnoses, build routines that work, and navigate the transition into adulthood with confidence.
Adults (25+)
While our specialty is in children and adolescents, we also support adults seeking diagnostic clarity and treatment for ADHD, anxiety, or related conditions. Whether you’ve struggled for years or are facing new challenges, our goal is to help you move forward unencumbered.
Next Step
If you or your child are navigating ADHD, anxiety, or co-occurring conditions, we provide expert, individualized care to help you move forward.
